On behalf of my family, i would like to thank you and the whole Travel Story team for making our trip a memorable one. It was amazing and everything was up to our expectations and more.
The taxi company was always on time and even came ten to fifteen minutes earlier. The First Musica team made us feel at home from day one. The hotel was amazing and close to the city center. They made sure we were happy and upgraded us to a suite after a slight mishap. Please if you can thank them for that. We will be more than happy to stay there again. Everything was smooth going to and from Florence.
Thank you again for your support, swift responses and actions even on holidays. I will share with you some photos later this week for memories.
